Elkhart High School hosted the East-West Invite on January 16, 2021. New Prairie Cougars finished third with a team score of 83.1. Elkhart High School captured the first place finish, followed by LaPorte High School in second. Senior Molly Lenig placed second on vault with a score of 8.7 and seventh on floor (8.45). Freshman Anna Jasnieski placed third on bars (7.2), fourth on beam (8.3), tied for eighth on floor (8.25), and placed fifth in all around with a score of 31.85. Both Lenig and Jasnieski posted their highest all around scores this season. Freshman Ava Surratt scored her highest score on beam this season. The Cougars visit Plymouth High School on Saturday, January 23, 2020 for their next meet.
