The NPHS boys swimmers and divers fought hard in tough meet against South Bend Riley but came up short. First place finishers for the Cougars were: the 200 medley relay team of Wrigley Hemphill, Neiman Graham, Mason Young and Gabe Groves, Mason Young in the 200 free, Chase Brackeen in the 50 free, Gabe Groves in the 100 free, Wrigley Hemphill in the 100 back, and Neiman Graham in the 100 Breaststroke. Neiman also broke his school record in the 100 breaststroke with a new school record time of 1:01.86. Congratulations, Neiman!
Finishing the meet with new season PRs were: Neiman Graham, Gavin Pizarek, Luke Tuszynski, Roman PIergalski, Pedro Escobedo, Mason Young, Landon Farmer, Wrigley Hemphill, and Gabe Groves.
Great job, boys! The boys compete next on Tuesday 1/19 at 5pm at Goshen.
