The boys swim and dive team visited Concord High School for a double dual meet against Concord and Penn on Thursday evening. The boys competed well against two strong teams. We had 24 best times and 2 season best diving scores. Way to go, Cougars! Neiman Graham broke the NPHS school record for breaststroke tonight with a time of 1:03.30 besting the previous record of 1:03.61 previously set in 1994. We are proud of you, Neiman! Top finishers (3rd place and above) for the Cougars were: the 200 medley relay team of Wrigley Hemphill, Dalton Thomas, Gabe Groves, Mason Young, Nolan Szymanski in diving, Mason Young in the 100 free, the 200 freestyle relay team of Wrigley Hemphill, Gabe Groves, Mason Young and Dalton Thomas, Wrigley Hemphill in the 100 back, and Neiman Graham in the 100 breaststroke. Competing to new best times tonight were: Landon Farmer – 50 back, 100 back and 200 IM, Dillon Gondocs – 50 back, Neiman Graham – 200 IM and 100 breast, Niles Graham – 500 free, Gabe Groves – 200 IM, James Hall – 100 free, Wrigley Hemphill – 50 back, 50 free, 100 back, Logan Justice – 50 free, Owen Keller – 100 free and diving, Gavin Pizarek – 50 free, Trent Platz – 50 free, 100 free, 200 free, Joe Pumroy – 100 free, Ethan Radtke – 50 free, Andrew Sturgeon – 50 free, Nolan Szymanski – diving, Jacob Wood – 500 free, and Mason Young – 100 free, 200 free.
