The Lady Cougars suffered their only loss of their inaugural regular season this evening against Penn. QB Ellie Harris threw 29 completed yards & QB Ayva McClead threw 57 completed yards. Center Envy Hesch completed 24 yards. WR Brooklynne Shepherd completed 36 yards. WR Addi Luther completed 19 yards & rushed 19 yards. WR Abbie Humes completed 8 yards. DB Emma Deutscher had an outstanding 7 tackles. Brooklynne Shepherd, Abbie Humes, Lola Hilberg & Addi Luther all contributed tackles to the defense but it wasn't enough to stop Penn. The Lady Cougars ended their regular season 7-1 and begin sectionals this Saturday 10/11 at Ames Field (Michigan City). First game for the Cougars is 12pm CST vs Hanover Central.
