The varsity volleyball team battled hard against 4A powerhouses Chesterton, Penn, and Warsaw but came up short before earning a win against Plymouth. Makenzie Griffiths lead all hitters with 27 kills while libero Josie Woodham chipped in 30 digs. Lyla Mrozinski and Karigan Mamazza each had 4 aces and Mrozinski added 7 blocks. Mamazza dished out 36 assists and Addison Miller added 15. The Cougars see action this Thursday at home against conference opponent South Bend St. Joseph.
