New Prairie JV won big over South Central 13-2 on Friday. Jacob Waldron started on the bump for the Cougars. The righty allowed 3 hits, 1earned run over 4 innings, striking out 7 and walking 3. Parker Masters threw one inning of no-run ball for NP in relief. The lefty gave up zero hits, zero runs, striking out one with no walks. The JV Cougars piled up 14 hits in the game. Jackson Vanlue, Jon Woodham, Grant Laskowski, Dayne Ryans, and Caiden Hein each collected 2 hits for the cougars. Dayne Ryans led the way with 2 RBIs and Grant Laskowski stole 2 bases. Today was one year since the tragic bus accident that our JV team was involved in. We are COUGAR STRONG and the boys showed it today!
