Pease singled, scoring one run, Klingberg was struck by a pitch, driving in a run, Beltran singled, scoring one run, and Strakowski hit a grand slam to center field. New Prairie Varsity Cougars amassed 15 hits in the game. Strakowski, Beltran, Harris, Flagg, and Humes each collected multiple hits for New Prairie Varsity Cougars.
