The starting pitcher allowed one hit and one run over one inning, striking out two and walking one. The Lady Cougars accumulated 17 hits in the game. Johnson and Gomez each collected four hits for New Prairie Cougars. Johnson went 4-for-5 at the plate and led the team with four runs batted in.
