Stellar pitching from freshman Cameron Ford set the tone for the cougars as he pitched his first complete game of the season. Ford pitched 5 innings allowing 4 hits, no earned runs and no walks with 2 strikeouts. Leading the way on offense for the cougars was Jackson Dutcher with 1 hit and 4 RBIs, Riley Wilczynski went 2-3 with 2 singles and 3 RBIs, Dayne Ryans went 2-3 with a single, a triple and 3 RBIs, Mason Kleist went 2-2 with 2 singles and 2 RBIs and CJ Beckner went 2-4 with 2 singles.
