Cougar Swim wins at Michigan City

The swim and dive team traveled to Michigan City to compete in a meet this morning and both the girls (124-43) and boys (130-37) finished with a win. Earning first place finishes for the girls were: 200 Medley Relay team of Maddie Long, Ava Lux, Maci Allen and Mikaela Wilson Mia Andrews in the 200 free Maci Allen in the 200 IM and 100 Fly Mikaela Wilson in the 100 free Jill Firanek in the 500 200 Free relay team of Mia Andrews, Mabel Lavelle, Jill Firanek, Shelby Newgent Ava Lux in the 100 breaststroke 400 Free Relay team of Addasyn Blosser, Maddie Long, Elise Zelasko, Lili Estes Earning first place finishes for the boys were: 200 Medley Relay team of Noah Albert, Dylan Hayden, Maddox Waltz, Brady Goforth Dylan Hayden in the 200 free and 500 free Brady Goforth in the 200 IM Noah Albert in the 50 free and 100 breaststroke Grant Laskowski in diving 200 free relay team of Graydon Long, Maddox Waltz, Brady Goforth, Noah Albert Tyler Mitchell in the 100 backstroke 400 free relay team of Dylan Hayden, Dylan Hall, Graydon Long, Weston Frazier Awesome efforts were put in by all swimmers and divers this morning! New season bests were earned by: Noah Albert, Kimo Andrews, Dylan Hall, Dylan Hayden, Isaac Keller, Grant Laskowski, Graydon Long, Tyler Mitchell, Colton Shelton, Evan Thibodeau, James Willis, Mia Andrews, Addasyn Blosser, Ellie Dantzman, Emily Deutscher, Jill Firanek, Shelby Newgent, Elise Zelasko. Way to swim and dive today! The Cougars are back in the pool on Tuesday, December 9, at 5pm CST at South Bend Riley.
