The Lady Cougars hosted conference opponent SB Adams on Friday night. Hot shooting got the Lady Eagles out to an early lead but the cougars clawed back and only trailed 13-7 after the first quarter. The 2nd quarter was all Adams but the fight in the Cougars allowed them to bounce back and play with a new fire in the 2nd half. The 3rd quarter was the only quarter New Prairie outscored Adams. Junior post player Chloe Deutscher led the team in scoring with 8 points, going a perfect 4/4 from the FT line.
