The Lady Cougars returned home after the holiday break and hosted Wheeler. While the Lady Cougars struggled early to find their footing, a late 2nd quarter run brought it within 5 at the end of the 2nd quarter - 15-20. The game continued to be back and forth through the 3rd & 4th quarters but ultimately the Lady Cougars fell short at the end. Leading the charge was sophomore Bailey Futa with 11 points, complemented by freshman Makenzie Griffiths scoring 9 points. Also landing in the scoring column was Brooklynne Shepherd with 6 points, Envy Hesch with 5 points, Hannah Hawkins-Wiesner and Emma Deutscher both scoring 4 points, and Riley Ernsperger, Addi Luther, and Alex Ellett each scoring 2 points.
