New Prairie JV girls basketball team beat SB Washington in its home opener 45-7. The lady cougars started the game strong and never looked back. It was an all around team win. Leading the way for the lady cougars was Sami Pease with 17 points. Isla Wood added 12 points and Lauren Flagg had 6 points in the win. The JV lady cougars play again Saturday against Bremen.
